WOW - I’ve spent the past 2 months really focusing on my online business and soaking up what I can from those that are really experienced in the field of internet marketing and podcasting.

I joined MomMasterminds.com close to 2 years ago and I can’t begin to tell you all of the positive changes that have occurred since implementing their suggestions and following all of the resources that they have there.

My Google Adsense Income has Tripled since joining, I’ve started 2 other great websites that are earning a nice commission monthly and thanks to the awesome Kelly McCausey and Moms Radio Network my Parenting My Teen Podcast has really taken off. Kelly has always been there with some really good, honest advice and feedback and because of that, my show has been accepted very well by many parents.

Also Kelly has helped me to gain more clients into my Real Life Coaching program. I’m not sure if she knows this or not but she is so free with her advice and so honest with it, that when you do it.. My Golly, it WORKS!! I still have a ways to go but I am off to a Bang Up Start!

I’ve been stalking following Alice Seba over at internetmarketingsweetie.com for ages and Alice is wonderful at producing top notch products and also tossing you great free nuggets of information to really improve your business and also make you feel GOOD.

Just today I did something that may seem very small but it really boosted up the way I feel about my business and the way that I am growing. I actually could afford to give a person who has done a lot of work for me over the past few months a RAISE!! Yes a Raise. (The idea came right from one of Alice’s awesome newsletters).

Christina Lemmey from Wonder Years Radio has been doing a Bang up job with writing articles, writing a small report, brainstorming, and she also did a last minute proofreading/editing job to one of my Real Life Guidance reports. She is always very professional, honest and very timely with her work and I wanted her to know how much I appreciated that so I gave her a small raise and I felt so blessed to be able to do it!

Because of what Alice shared in her newsletter I will be doing more raises as they are needed (I don’t know why I never thought of this before) See, thats why we all need mentors (smile).

I would encourage you to hop over to Alice’s site and grab up all of the information that you can.. take it in slowly then implement it.   And, if you have ever had a thought about starting a podcast, run over there and see Kelly!  Both Alice and Kelly have provided me awesome resources that really helped me grow.

November 2007  was my Top Profit Month of my entire 5 years of doing business online (YAY).. and there are still a few days left in November too.

I am just very happy about my progress and really wanted to share this with my Blog family and publicly thank those that have helped.
