		<description>I agree that there is nothing better than to come home knowing that your dinner is (almost) ready.  I like to cook once-per-month when I have a Saturday that I can dedicate to cooking.  It does take the whole day and you are pooped! but the result is that your entrees for the month are prepared and waiting for you so all you have to do is a little finishing, make a salad and / or side veggies and dinner is on the table.  There are several cookbooks out now to help.</description>
