Hi there - I just wanted to share this with you. I am a proud owner of The Relaxation & Stress Reduction Workbook and I have just worked through the entire book. I’ve been curious about this book for some time now and wanted to experience it 1st hand before recommendating it to my clients and friends.
I found this workbook to be very appropriate for anyone looking to find ways to reduce the amount of anxiety and stress they feel.
