Here’s How To Add Some Fun Into Your Day
Ever Get Grumpy? Read This & Add Some FUN Into Your Day
As busy moms, I am sure there are times when you get a tad grumpy. Admit it, we all do (smile).
Well, here are a few fun tips that you can incorporated into your life:
Make a *FUN* list. Make a list of the current activities or hobbies that bring enjoyment to your life. Also be sure to include the hobbies or activities that you have never tried but you think would be fun. Work to pick one item off of your Fun List and do it ASAP.
Get together with some girlfriends. One of the best ways to rediscover yourself is to spend some time with your girlfriends each week. Have lunch together, go to the movies to watch the latest chick flick, or plan a girl’s night out every once in a while.
Pamper Yourself. Do something every month to pamper yourself. Go et a new haircut. Visit your favorite nail saloon for a manicure, pedicure or to get your nails done. Call your favorite day spa and schedule a facial. Get a massage. You can even do some inexpensive things at home after the children have gone to bed. Light some candles and enjoy a quiet bubble bath.
Don’t feel guilty about taking time for yourself a few times a week. Your kids will appreciate it when they get a balanced and fun mom in return. You will be more relaxed, happier and actually be able to enjoy your family. After all, that’s why you had kids in the first place, isn’t it?

This is great information. I really need to do a fun list. I went away about two weekends ago and realized how much fun I’m not having. When you don’t have fun on a regular basis you tend to be a bit grumpier and life isn’t the same. Fun is definitely needed so you won’t lose your perspective on life.
