I stopped getting my acrylic nails done because finances have been so tight. I gave up getting my hair done because of the same reason. I kind of thought that if I couldn't afford to have a 'professional' do my pampering for me that I couldn't do it all. But last Saturday I decided I could still pamper myself so I gave myself a pedicure and manicure. It wasn't as relaxing if I were having someone do my nails but it was still nice and I had that 'girly girl' feeling again that I've been missing for so long.
