My toddler starts to 'act up' when his routine gets messed up. The other benefit to having your kids on a routine is that mom knows what to expect from her kids (most of the time - LOL) and can plan other things accordingly. For example I know when is a good time to get work done or make appointments or do certain chores or errands. This is so true! My toddler starts to ‘act up’ when his routine gets messed up.
